The Travel Bees tried to make the most of the activities on offer while still taking time out to relax.
This is what we managed to do:
Swimming – pool and beach, snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, archery, badminton, beach volleyball, waterpolo, cooking class, bracelet making, yoga, aerial yoga, golf, spa, ping pong, evening shows, lazing by the pool, drinking and eating!

Highlights:
For the boys that was without a doubt the golf. Organised by Club Med, they were accompanied by a golf pro (Puto) first to the Ria Bintan golf course and the next day to Laguna golf course. Here, they had their own cart and caddy. Puto offered instruction to improve their technique and both came home very happy and much improved golfers. They were most impressed by the championship course of Ria Bintan. With greens projecting into the sea, it was a challenging, picturesque and absolutely worth it’s world renowned status.

For Miss 13, beach volleyball was a favourite. Here, we teamed up from people all around the world in matches that provided lots of laughs and camaraderie.
For me….. well you can’t beat a swimming pool, sun- lounger and a cocktail! Surprisingly I also rather enjoyed archery!

The activities we missed out on:
Climbing wall, tennis, squash, trapeze, Zumba, water aerobics, basketball, soccer, excursions.
So now you understand…… we must return (and no not for the Zumba!).
